These terms apply to your use of this website, the quote requests you submit, and the text messages you exchange with Everlast Concrete Coatings. By using this site or opting in to our text message program, you accept these terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website, to request a quote, and to opt in to our text message program. By submitting a form or consenting to receive text messages, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from, send text messages to, or contract with anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it and remove the number from our messaging program.
Everlast Concrete Coatings operates a text message program for customers who request a quote. Message types include appointment reminders, quote updates, scheduling confirmations, project follow-up, and replies to your questions. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, you may also receive special offers, seasonal promotions and service reminders. Message frequency varies. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
You may cancel at any time. Text STOP to any message you receive from us and you will be unsubscribed. You will receive a confirmation message and we will not send further messages unless you opt back in. You can also reply with CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or STOPALL.

Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging and data plan. Everlast Concrete Coatings is not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is outside our control. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered, nor that they will be delivered on time. Participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Requesting a quote does not create a contract. We provide firm written pricing after seeing the actual slab. Any figure given before an on-site visit is an estimate only. Work begins only after you accept a written quote.
We provide a written warranty on adhesion and workmanship. Terms vary by system and exposure and are stated on your quote before you sign. The warranty does not cover damage from structural movement, impact, chemical spills outside normal use, or work performed by others.
To the extent permitted by Florida law, our liability arising from your use of this website or our text message program is limited to the amount you paid us, if any. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
