We collect information you give us directly when you request a quote, call us, or submit a form on this site: your name, mobile phone number, email address, service address or city, details about the concrete work you are asking us to price, and your SMS consent selections. We also collect basic technical data your browser sends, such as IP address and browser type.
We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and perform an on-site estimate, send you a quote, coordinate scheduling for work you book, follow up about your project, and keep records of work performed. If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number to send the message types you consented to.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
You opt in by checking a consent box on our quote request form. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. This site is built as static pages and does not set advertising or behavioral tracking cookies. Your browser may store standard session data required to load the page.
